There are used acupuncture needles for reflexotherapy containing a handle and a rod made of metal material. At least, on the working part of the rod there is applied a coating based on magnetic nanoparticles of iron oxide of magnetite Fe3O4 and/or maghemite γ-Fe2O3. Needles are removed in 30-90 minutes.
