FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of brazed joints of parts of an electric vacuum device made of ceramics and metal. Heterogeneous active solder consists of foil with applied active metal. Foil is made of copper or copper-silver alloy. Active metal is applied on the foil on both sides in amount of 1.5–4 wt. % of the weight of the foil. Active metal used is titanium or zirconium or a combination thereof.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of performance characteristics of solder, expansion of technical capabilities in accordance with soldered materials, high adhesion properties and vacuum density.
