FIELD: plasma technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma engineering used in electrometallurgy and can be used for initiation of high-frequency plasma at industrial frequency 2.45 GHz for melting of metal powders and production of parts with complex geometrical shape in atmosphere of protective gases. Collinear electric vibrator is made of two half-wave and one quarter-wave segments, connected in series to phasing coils, quarter-wave section serves for matching with current load.
EFFECT: dynamic range of device operation as to microwave radiation power.
