SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound having structure (A), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where (i): R1 is H, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, sec-butyl or tert-butyl; R2 is C1-4-alkyl, -C(=O)-C1-6-alkanediyl-NH2 or -C(=O)R6, where said C1-6-alkanediyl is optionally substituted with a group selected from phenyl, -OH and -OC1-4-alkyl; R3 in each case is Cl, F or trifluoromethyl; R6 is C2-4-alkyl, morpholinyl or pyridinyl; and n is equal to 0-2; or (ii): R1 and R2, taken together with N, to which they are bonded, form 5-6-member non-aromatic heterocycle, where 5-6-member non-aromatic heterocycle can be substituted with 0-3 R4; R3 in each case is Cl, F or trifluoromethyl; in each case R4 is C1-4-alkyl; and n is 1 or 2. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating a neurological condition based on said compound.

EFFECT: novel compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based thereon, which can be used in medicine for treating various neurological disorders selected from essential tremor, epilepsy, status epilepticus or effect of a nerve agent.
