FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery and damage surgery, and can be used for treating bleeding in internal thoracic artery injury. Method involves video-thoracoscopy and vessel clipping. Patient is placed on his / her back; after the video-thoracoscopy, the area of the vascular injury is localized on the side of the pleural cavity. External side of thoracic wall is extra-pleural resected to 2 cm of rib present, and damaged defect is clipped from outside with damaged vessel.
EFFECT: method provides effective hemostasis in internal thoracic artery injuries in the victims with severe combined trauma of the breast and complicated and / or unstable fractures of the spine and pelvis, without aggravating the severity of trauma and acute traumatic disease, as well as reduces the length of the surgical intervention by performing the treatment without changing the patient's body position and low invasiveness.
