FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to pathological physiology. Perforation hole is formed with 0.1 mm diameter borer with reference points 0.2 mm from bregma and 2.0 mm lateral from the middle line of the skull. Blood is sampled from the vena caudalis in volume of 0.3 ml. Needle is inserted through a perforation at angle of 30° to depth of 2 mm, through which blood is introduced from the vena caudalis at rate of 0.1 ml/min. After the blood is introduced, the needle is left in perforation for 2–3 minutes. Perforation is then sealed with bone wax.
EFFECT: method enables avoiding damage to brain tissues, eliminates bleeding from the wound, enables observing the animal for a long period of time.
