SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to training devices and is intended for development, strengthening and restoration of muscles and joints of lower extremities, and also can be used for development of coordination of movement and for rehabilitation purposes. In the first version, the leg training device comprises two means for moving along a common guide, interconnected with the corresponding feet platforms. Platforms are made with possibility of rotation relative to vertical axis and adjustment of inclination angle relative to horizontal plane, and are interconnected with weighting materials, made with possibility of weight adjustment. In the second version, the leg training device comprises two means for moving along the appropriate guides, which are interconnected with platforms for feet. Platforms are made with possibility of rotation relative to vertical axis and adjustment of inclination angle relative to horizontal plane and are interconnected with weighting materials made with possibility of weight adjustment. Training device for legs in the third version includes two means of movement along corresponding guides, interconnected with platforms for feet. Each platform is interconnected with means of movement by means of height-adjustable telescopic axis, interconnected with weighting agent, and is made with possibility of rotation relative to vertical axis and adjustment of inclination angle relative to horizontal plane, weighting agent is made with possibility of weight adjustment.

EFFECT: declared group of inventions makes it possible to increase efficiency of trainings, expand range of performed health and training exercises, provides for possibility to perform training movements with feet with individual regulation of feet position and level of load on legs.
