SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical education and sports and is intended for use as a sports simulator. The simulator for the lower extremities includes a base consisting of side walls connected to each other by means of transverse elements to which a pair of arc-shaped guide runners is attached, a movable platform moved along arc-shaped guide runners, and a loading mechanism. At the same time, fixed support platforms with pads for placing the feet with stops for the heels are attached to the side walls of the base. The movable platform contains rollers interacting with arc-shaped guide runners, and a pad for placing the foot, on the upper part of which a heel stop is made. The loading mechanism is placed under a pair of arc-shaped guide runners and contains an expander, one end of which is attached to the base, blocks, one of which is attached to the free end of the expander, and the second is placed on the axis connecting the side walls of the base, and a flexible element passed through the blocks and its one end is attached to the base, and the second end is attached to the movable platform.

EFFECT: possibility of creating an effort on the working muscle groups is achieved: the gluteal muscle, the posterior surface of the thigh, the front surface of the thigh, the upper part, the deep pelvic muscle, the lower part of the back muscles.
