SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a portable apparatus for disinfection of the breast and a method for disinfecting the breast. For this purpose, the apparatus according to the invention comprises a disinfecting device which provides disinfection of the breast by, at least, a physical method.
EFFECT: use of this apparatus reduces the risk of mastitis even in patients who are characterized by intolerance to medicines.
