FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle access component control systems. Vehicle control component control system comprises a computer configured to determine that the user is located within the vehicle access component working area, collect image data of object on trajectory of gesture for access component, compare data of images of object with parameters of actuation gesture. At that parameters of actuation gesture include at least one of range of dynamic characteristics of gesture and range of characteristics of user, note here that actuation gesture parameters define multiple user actuation gestures. Computer also actuates actuator for movement of access component between open and closed positions, when comparison identifies that object image data correspond to one of multiple user actuation gestures.
EFFECT: safe access to vehicle is achieved.
