SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method which helps a baby to fall asleep. In the controller, a request is received to initiate a driving session to help the infant fall asleep in the vehicle. Traffic route for a driving session is identified, by means of a controller. Driving session is simulated, by means of controller, while maintaining vehicle fixed, wherein simulating includes actuation of vehicle suspension, which acts to simulate all irregularities of road surfaces, acceleration and deceleration. Using one or more sensors installed in the vehicle, a child falls asleep in the vehicle during a driving session. Also presented is a method which helps a baby fall asleep, and a device that helps a baby fall asleep.
