FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and method for controlling cam gearbox gearbox sliding gear. Gearbox has a shaft on which the sliding gear can move axially under the control of the gear shift actuator with the power drive between the disengaged position of the neutral and one engaged position on the hybrid gear train, in which it is engaged with the drive gear. Gear is rigidly connected to the shaft to transmit torque received from two different power sources to the wheels of the vehicle, cumulative or otherwise. Synchronization of the drive gear on its shaft, before the cams of the sliding gear engage with the cams of the driving gear, is performed without integrated synchronization systems, without an input coupling in order to interrupt transfer of torque between the internal combustion engine and wheels during gear shifting.
EFFECT: higher device reliability.
