FIELD: meat industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat industry, in particular, to preserved food products for young children. Baby food composition includes meat raw materials, a fat component, a grain product, bulb onions, pumpkin puree, culinary salt and meat broth. Meat raw material is represented by beef and veal of the first category, fat component – butter, and of the grain product – semolina. Quantitative ratio of initial components in canned food for baby food is selected.
EFFECT: composition allows to expand the range of preserved food for baby food with increased nutritive value, balanced by content of indispensable amino acids.
