SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to baked meat pate. Baked meat pate includes blanched beef liver, 1st grade trimmed beef, sauteed onions and carrots, additionally includes dry defatted milk, at the same time as vegetal components it also includes crushed buckwheat and blanched Romanesco cauliflower, as well as sand sugar and water. Quantitative ratio of components in pate is selected.
EFFECT: pate is characterized as a product with increased nutritive value, balanced by content of vegetal fibers and microelements, in particular iron.
