Meat paste includes 1st grade trimmed beef and beef liver, herbal additives - onions and carrots, table salt, additionally contains oatmeal and cauliflower as vegetable components, additionally contains skimmed milk and water. All the original components are taken in specific proportions.
EFFECT: expansion of the assortment of meat pastes with a high content of vegetable fibers, balanced in the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 and B vitamins is provided.
