SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for processing a continuous strip of wrapping material, which comprises a pair of rollers forming between each other a gap between the rollers, wherein the pair of rollers comprises a male and a enveloping roller, wherein rollers have coinciding convex and concave shapes, respectively, wherein both beads have flat central sections of rollers, and wherein female roller has convex-rounded edges, and male roller has corresponding concave-rounded edges so that rollers are configured to provide continuous weakened area of continuous strip of wrapping material by shifting region of continuous strip of wrapping material, which passes through concave-convex part of gap between rollers, relative to area of continuous strip of wrapping material, which passes through flat central part of gap between rollers.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a continuous weakened part of the continuous strip of wrapping material.
