FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fouling system which is configured to prevent or reduce biofouling on a fouling surface of an object which, during use, is exposed to a liquid. Lighting system prevents or reduces biofouling by supplying light against fouling on the fouling surface. At that, lighting system comprises lighting module and power system. Lighting module comprises light source generating light against fouling. Power system is made with possibility of local energy collection and is intended for power supply of lighting module. Power system comprises protector electrode and second electrode of power system. Power system is configured to supply power to the lighting module when the tread electrode and the second electrode of the power system are in electrical contact with the liquid.
EFFECT: obtaining a fouling system against the fouling using energy generated directly from the liquid in which it is used.
