FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: method involves, according to first version, treating basic material, such as liquid brewers' grain with moisture content of 90- 92%, by providing two-staged pressing: first stage involving pressing to moisture content of 70-75% and second stage involving pressing to moisture content of 4-45%; providing two-staged drying: first stage involving drying to moisture content of 20-25% and second stage involving drying to moisture content of 10% for obtaining of dry feed additive. According to second version, method involves treating basic material, such as pressed brewers' grain centrifuged effluent, by decanting centrifuged effluent until obtaining of protein deposit; centrifuging protein deposit to moisture content of 70-72%, with following drying of resultant mass to moisture content of 10% for obtaining of dry protein feed additive. According to third version, method involves treating basic material, such as liquid brewers' yeast having moisture content of 90-92%, by decanting for 10-12 hours until obtaining of deposit having moisture content of 80- 82%; separating resultant deposit to moisture content of 75-77% by filtering; centrifuging filtered mass to moisture content of 65-70%, with following drying to moisture content of 10% for obtaining of dry feed yeast. Resultant feed product is free from heavy metals, comprise wide complex of B group vitamins and has protein content of up to 50%. Also, mineral substances of basic product are kept in feed product.
