FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgical dentistry and can be used in performing osteoplastic surgeries on recovering alveolar bone tissues immediately after tooth extraction. According to indications sparing removal of tooth or root (roots) of tooth is performed. Thorough curettage is performed of a socket of a tooth just removed; at that, all pathologically changed tissues are removed. That is followed by antiseptic bone wound treatment with, for example, chlorhexidine bigluconate solution. Mechanical cleaning of the newly removed tooth is performed using a drill, removing a crown, fillings of any type, carious lesions and dental plaque. After mechanical cleaning, the removed tooth is washed with sterile physiological salt solution and dried by means of an air syringe. Tooth is then milled using a dental mill for approximately 20 seconds. Said time is sufficient to obtain particles with size of 300÷1000 mcm. Particles smaller than 300 mcm are screened. Obtained material in the form of particles of the specified size is sterilized with 0.5 M NaOH with 30 % alcohol during 15 minutes in glass container, as a result of which organic residues, bacteria and toxins are removed. Sterilized particles are dried by means of air syringe. At the end of the transplant conditioning process, the milled tooth is placed in sodium phosphate buffer solution for 5 minutes. Whole volume of the prepared well, as well as the defects of the bone wall, are filled with the crushed tooth graft and densely compacted. Wound is closed tightly with a polyamide filament. Antibiotics, as well as regular rinsing of the oral cavity are prescribed for one week. Sutures are removed 10–14 days later. At the end of the three-month period following the control X-ray examination, dental implantation may be performed in order to restore the denture defect.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a full bone autograft of the required volume in the shortest time with the least number of postoperative complications.
