FIELD: rolling bearings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rolling bearing device. Disclosed is a method of reducing micro-corrugation of rings of rolling bearings. Mixture of glycerol with abrasive powder of 5–10 mcm is applied on the surface of new bearing rings by pipette in 4-5 places after removal of factory grease. Diagnostic stand is provided with internal ring rotation frequency of 24.4 Hz and creates load of 1 kg per outer ring for 20 minutes, note here that every 60° outer ring turns relative to inner one, after that mix is removed, new lubricant is put into bearing, rotation frequency is provided during 20 minutes. Detachment of characteristics is carried out using a diagnostic system, which includes a vibration acceleration sensor with a magnet, mounted on the outer ring of the bearing, a signal conversion device, a laptop, which subject the vibration acceleration sensor signal to Fourier transform, which determine amplitude and frequency of vibration of rolling bearing in the frequency range from 5 to 5,000 Hz, which vary depending on micro-corrugation of rings of rolling bearings. Result of comparison of obtained vibroacoustic characteristics of rolling bearing with new and factory lubrication indicates reduction of micro-corrugation on rings of rolling bearing.

EFFECT: reduction of micro-corrugation of rings of rolling bearings before installation on mechanism.
