FIELD: defectoscopy.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods of technical diagnostics of defects of turbomachine rolling bearings, as well as for creation of diagnostic systems. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the turbomachine rotor rolling bearing technical state diagnosing method, at which the rotor rpm and the signal proportional to the vibration parameter are measured, signal amplitude-frequency spectrum is constructed, in which components on the diagnostic frequencies of the bearing are searched. As a vibration parameter there used is the abruptness of vibration, measuring a signal proportional to the abruptness of vibration, converting it, logarithmic by amplitude, and constructing amplitude-frequency spectrum of the converted signal, by the presence of at least one component on the diagnostic frequency of the bearing, a defect is stated.
EFFECT: higher reliability of diagnostics of technical condition of rolling bearing of turbomachine rotor at early stage of defect development.
