SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite panel (100) with functional element (5) with electrically adjustable optical properties, including a stack with a sequence of outer panel (1), a first intermediate layer (3a), a second intermediate layer (3b) and inner panel (2). Intermediate layers (3a, 3b) contain at least one thermoplastic polymer film with at least one plasticizer and arranged between first intermediate layer (3a) and second intermediate layer (3b) at least locally functional element (5) with electrically controlled optical properties. Between first intermediate layer (3a) and functional element (5), as well as between functional element (5) and second intermediate layer (3b), at least in places, at least one barrier film (4, 4a, 4b) is placed, which at least in some places has protruding edge u beyond functional element (5).

EFFECT: device has high resistance to aging.
