Output voltage U is alternating voltage, having frequency f from 40 Hz to 210 Hz, maximum amplitude U_max from 24 V to 100 V, steepness of pulse front in the range of output voltage U between −80 % U_max and 80 % U_max from 0.05^*U_max/100 mcs up to 0.1^*U_max/100 mcs, and in the range of output voltage U between 80 % U_max and −80 % U_max from −0.05^*U_max/100 mcs to −0.1^*U_max/100 mcs.

EFFECT: invention provides higher resistance to aging of the functional element.
