FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing biologically active preparations and can be used in veterinary science as a medicinal agent. One separately dissolves 10 g of polyvinyl alcohol in water while heating until complete dissolution. After cooling solutions to 25–30 °C, they are mixed, the volume of the solution is brought by addition of water up to 1,000 ml, packed in 100 ml bottles and sterilized by autoclaving in 1.0–1.1 atm mode for 20 minutes.
EFFECT: method of producing a biologically active complex preparation based on cyanocobalamin, succinic acid and polyvinyl alcohol, which involves dilution in water for injection or distilled water of 10 g of succinic acid and 10 g of cyanocobalamin (B12) while heating to 70–80 °C.
