FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a spray device and can be used for creation of microjets, in particular for pharmaceutical applications, in particular for compositions without preserving agents. Spraying device for liquid microstructure atomisation comprises a spray atomizer unit. Spraying nozzle assembly comprises liquid supply channel to receive fluid under pressure and comprises at least one spray nozzle having nozzle membrane with at least one nozzle opening for discharge of said liquid microstructure. Sprayer nozzle is formed by nozzle body, containing support element with at least one cavity of nozzle on main surface of said support element. Support element is covered by membrane layer on main surface. Membrane layer is provided with at least one nozzle hole passing through thickness of membrane layer in area of at least one cavity of nozzle with formation of nozzle membrane above cavity of nozzle. Atomizer housing comprises at least part of said fluid supply channel. Upstream of the injector cavity, the nozzle body comprises an antimicrobial barrier between the cavity and at least a part of the said fluid supply channel, which is located inside the said support element.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to ensure the creation of liquid microstructure and effectively close the entire liquid supply system to counteract any introduction of microbes into the device.
