SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a disposable absorbent article (1) such as underpants, such as a diaper, hygienic underpants or urological briefs adapted for a male user, and to a method for manufacturing such a disposable absorbent product (1) such as underpants. Disposable absorbent product (1) of the pants-type comprises absorbent core (5) of article (1) having wide portion (22) on front portion (17), wherein the multilayer web of material of front panel (3) of article (1) has a first, at least partially, elastic zone (11) extending mainly in the transverse direction and located adjacent to front panel (3) edges (21a, 21b) intended for legs. Elasticized part (39) of multilayer material web of first, at least partially, elastic zone (11) or inner imaginary extension (23) of elasticized part (39) is joined with longitudinal edge (14) of core in said wide part (22) of core (5).
EFFECT: disposable absorbent article adapted for a male user is disclosed.
