FIELD: cooling; electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a test chamber, electronic cooling plates, temperature sensors, a temperature and humidity sensor, a cooling plate control unit and a main controller. Main controller is electrically connected to temperature sensors, temperature and humidity sensor and cooling plate control unit. Main controller is configured to calculate air dew point in test chamber in accordance with temperature and humidity indices inside test chamber collected by temperature and humidity sensor, and if the air dewpoint value exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the main controller controls the cooling plate control unit to reduce the number of operating electronic cooling plates or the electronic cooling plates power output, wherein the predetermined threshold value is temperature T1 °C of the electronic cooling plate or temperature T1+n °C of the electronic cooling plate collected by the temperature sensor, and wherein n is less than or equal to 10.
EFFECT: in the present invention, real-time control of electronic cooling plates operation modes is achieved, thus, backup control of cooling plates is introduced, and also prevents condensation caused by cooling plates in the housing of the chamber, in order to ensure continuous operation in case of failure.
