FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and concerns prevention and treatment of prolonged lymphorrhea in patients suffering lymphadenectomy for oncological diseases. That is ensured by administering intravenously Tranexam 750–1,000 mg 30–45 minutes before the operation, and Dexamethasone 8–10 mg is introduced intravenously immediately after the operation. For next 5 days of the postoperative period, administered intravenously to the Tranexam in the same dosage, and Dexamethasone is administered intramuscularly in the same dosage for 3 days once a day.
EFFECT: such mode of drug administration provides reducing postoperative lymphorrhea with large volumes of removed tissues, which in turn enables reducing the frequency of purulent-septic complications.
