FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a method of producing a solution of stevia extract containing at least one steviol glycoside selected from a group consisting of RebD, RebE, RebN and RebO, according to which Stevia rebaudiana leaves, which contain at least one steviol glycoside selected from a group consisting of RebD, RebE, RebN and RebO which are present in normal relative concentration or higher, is mixed with an aqueous solvent to obtain a solution of stevia extract containing at least one steviol glycoside selected from a group consisting of RebD, RebE, RebN and RebO. Any one or more of RebD, RebE, RebN or RebO are present in solution in its usual relative concentration or above it. Normal relative concentration for RebD is 2.4 %, RebE is 1.0 %, RebN is 1.6 %, and RebO is 0.8 %. Also disclosed is a product obtained using said method.
