Composition for a taste modifier, sweetness enhancer or taste enhancer is provided comprising a mixture of steviol glycosides containing at least one glycosylated steviol glycoside and a natural masking agent. Masking agent is derived from locust bean and/or citrus fruit.
EFFECT: invention provides a taste modifier, sweetness enhancer or taste enhancer with improved properties.
