FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition of a food additive steviol glycoside containing less than 95% of main steviol glycosides and additionally containing minor steviol glycosides is proposed, wherein the sum of main steviol glycosides and minor steviol glycosides is not less than 95%. Main steviol glycosides contain at least one element selected from a group consisting of Reb D, Reb M, Reb A, Reb B, Reb C, Reb E, Reb F, stevioside, steviolbioside, rubuzoside and dulcoside A. Minor steviol glycosides contain at least one element selected from a group consisting of Reb O, Reb N, Reb J, Reb H, Reb K., Reb C2, and stevioside A. Minor steviol glycosides are contained in the composition of the food additive steviol glycoside in the amount of less than 5%, preferably less than 3%.
EFFECT: invention provides a low-calorie product.
