FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to radiation diagnostics, and can be used for differential diagnosis of breast pathological changes. For this purpose, a contrast dual-energy spectral mammography is performed, including an assessment of the intensity of accumulation of the contrast preparation, and additionally the imaged image of the formation is examined for the presence or absence of the following types of diagnostic patterns. If detecting patterns of granular, mesh, point, ring-like, cotton-like types of accumulation regardless of intensity, benign changes are diagnosed. If observing the cloud type of accumulation, the malignant formation is diagnosed. If observing formation with a diffuse-spherical accumulation type, its contours are additionally determined on a low-dose image, and if a clear contour with an enlightenment ring is detected, a benign formation is diagnosed, and if the visualization of formation or fuzzy contours is absent, the malignant formation is diagnosed. If lacrimal type of accumulation is detected, malignant formation or large intra-flow papillomae are diagnosed that do not exclude the possibility of malignant versions of intra-flow papillary carcinomas. If observing non-uniform-ring-like type of accumulation and absence of any invasive manipulations in this area, malignant formation is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables higher accuracy of differential diagnosis by isolating structural patterns of contrast formation.
