FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Proposed method involves analysis of melting curves using DNA recovered from blood samples of patients with chronic myeloproliferative diseases. Invention includes primers covering 9th exon of CALR gene with adjoining sections of introns: CALR-F1, CALR-R1. Method enables to detect not only the most common mutations of the CALR gene (I type mutation: deletion c.1092_1143del52bp; II type mutation: insertion c.1154_1155insTTGTC), but also atypical.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a high-quality result in a shorter period of time.
