SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and oncology, and concerns a biotherapy method of lab rats with grafted glioblastoma. That is ensured by introducing once day for 7 days of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor 4 mg per 140–160 g of body weight and bacterial lipopolysaccharide in amount of 5 mg per kg of body weight of rat, and 4 hours after administering the last dose of bacterial lipopolysaccharide, 9 mg of interferon-γ is administered once.

EFFECT: invention allows suppressing production of TGF-β1 in a grafted glioblastome of laboratory rats and localizing a tumor center.
