FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: configuration information transmitted by the first device on the network side, including a list of cells or a list of base stations, is received by the UE, which performs transition to intermediate state according to configuration information. Intermediate state means that when UE stores context information UE, if UE moves and cell movement range is within cell coverage area or base station, UE is configured to perform cell reselection according to the list.
EFFECT: technical result consists in optimization of signaling to reduce signaling overhead and duration of delay when transmitting data when UE accesses network side.
