METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE RISK OF REPEATED MYOCARDIAL REVASCULARIZATION IN PATIENTS SUFFERING ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE, UNDERWENT PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION WITH STENTING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2722454 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology and cardiosurgery. Coronary angiography shows a degree of stenosis of the circumflex branch of left coronary artery (CB LCA) and a type of coronary blood supply. In stenosis of CB LCA lumen ≥30 % and the right type of coronary blood supply determine a risk of repeated myocardial revascularization.

EFFECT: method enables extending the range of agents allowing predicting the risk of repeated myocardial revascularization that affects the selection and management of the management and treatment of these patients, broader understanding of topographic factors of unfavorable clinical course of ischemic heart disease in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention with stenting.
