FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-destructive inspection of parts manufactured by additive production. Essence of invention consists in the following: manufacturing of metal part by means of additive production, wherein metal part is made with granular structure for additive production, which indicates type of additive process used to create metal part, wherein granular structure is made with first level of ultrasound signal attenuation when evaluated by ultrasonic inspection; imparting a certain degree of deformation of the metal part for converting a granular structure for additive production, having a first level of attenuation of the ultrasonic signal, into a granular structure having a second level of attenuation of the ultrasonic signal, wherein the second ultrasound signal attenuation level is lower than the first ultrasonic signal attenuation level; and control of metal part by non-destructive tests for confirmation of whether metal part meets technical requirement for part design.
EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability of control of parts manufactured by additive production.
