FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: workpiece made of an alloy based on Ni, Co or Fe is subjected to forging to produce a disc-shaped body. By forming a through hole in this body, an annular intermediate body is obtained, which is then rolled. Forging includes at least two stages of hot forging. Each of the stages is performed if the deformation rate is not more than 0.5 s-1. Absolute value εθ1 of deformation of the forged body in the circumferential direction is at least 0.3. Absolute value εh of deformation of the forged body in the height direction is at least 0.3. The relation εh /εθ1 between the absolute values of the deformation is 0.4-2.5.
EFFECT: possibility of manufacturing an annular moulded body having a thin crystalline homogeneous structure.
