SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING PROTOCOLS FOR INJECTING A PHARMACEUTICAL LIQUID BASED ON VOLTAGE ON AN X-RAY TUBE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B6/00 A61B6/03 A61M31/00

Abstract RU 2722547 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of delivering a pharmaceutical liquid to a patient, and especially for delivering a contrast preparation to a patient during a medical injection procedure. Patient visualization system comprises a visualization system and a system parameter generator for visualizing a patient to determine parameters of at least a first phase of the injection procedure, wherein the visualization system comprises a tomograph, comprising at least one X-ray tube, and wherein the parameter generator is programmed to determine at least one of the parameters based on the voltage to be transmitted to at least one X-ray tube during the visualization procedure, wherein the parameter generator is programmed to determine at least one of the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid to be injected during at least the first phase, and the pharmaceutical liquid consumption to be injected during at least the first phase, based on the voltage to be transmitted to at least one X-ray tube during the visualization procedure, wherein the parameter generator is programmed to determine the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid to be injected during at least the first phase, by the volume parameter correction in the basic injection protocol by applying a voltage variation coefficient on the tube to the volume parameter in the basic injection protocol, and wherein the patient visualization system additionally comprises an injector system in functional connection with the parameter generator, and at least one source of pharmaceutical liquid, wherein the injector system is configured to administer the injection of the pharmaceutical liquid during at least a first phase in accordance with the determination of the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid to be injected during at least the first phase. Method of operating a system for controlling an injector system for delivering a pharmaceutical liquid to a patient, as part of a visualization procedure, wherein the injector system is functionally connected to the visualization system, comprises determining the injection parameters in at least the first phase of the injection procedure using the system parameters generator, controlling the injector system by the system, at least partially based on certain injection parameters, wherein the parameter generator determines at least one of the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid, which must be injected during at least a first phase, and a pharmaceutical liquid consumption to be injected during at least a first phase based on a voltage to be transmitted to at least one X-ray tube during the visualization procedure, and wherein the parameter generator determines the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid to be injected in the at least a first phase by adjusting the volume parameter in the basic injection protocol by applying a voltage variation coefficient on the tube to the volume parameter in the basic protocol of injection, and injecting a pharmaceutical liquid by an injector system during at least a first phase in accordance with determining the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid to be injected during at least a first phase. Method of creating an injection protocol for use with an injector system in a functional connection to a visualization system comprising a tomograph, includes steps of determining injection parameters in at least a first phase of the procedure and injecting a pharmaceutical liquid by an injector system during at least a first phase in accordance with determining the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid, which must be injected during at least a first phase. Injector system for delivering pharmaceutical liquid to a patient by an injection procedure conducted in conjunction with a visualization procedure, wherein the visualization procedure, carried out with the visualization system, includes a parameter generator programmed to determine the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid, which must be injected during at least a first phase, by adjusting the volume parameter in the basic protocol of injection by applying a voltage variation coefficient on the tube to the volume parameter in the basic protocol of injection, such that the injection system is configured to administer the injection of the pharmaceutical liquid to the patient during at least the first phase of the injection procedure in accordance with the determination of the volume of the pharmaceutical liquid.

EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to increase convenience and flexibility of operation of injector systems.
