FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used for detection of biological films of bacteria on abiotic surfaces. For this purpose, an indicator is used, which is a solution of a Nile Red fluorine dye with concentration of 5 μM to 50 μM, which forms a glow in the green light of the LED flashlight in the presence of biological films. Also disclosed is an rapid test for detecting biological films of bacteria on abiotic surfaces. Indicator solution consists of hydrogen peroxide in concentration from 0.3 % to 6.0 %, cationic surfactants, synergist reaction of N-cocoalkyl-N, N-dimethylamine oxide in concentration of 0.5 % to 5.0 %, stabilizers of hydrogen peroxide, corrosion inhibitor, complexing agent and thickener. In addition, an rapid test is proposed, in which the indicator contains a mixture of carbohydrase enzymes in concentration of 0.05 % to 10.0 %, N-cocoalkyl-N, N-dimethylamine oxide and NN-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine in concentrations from 0.1 % to 15.0 %.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables efficient detection of biological films of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria on abiotic surfaces.
