FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in rocket and space engineering in development of solid-propellant rocket engines (SPRE). In a solid-propellant rocket engine comprising a housing from a composite material, comprising a bottom with a metal flange and a gas duct connected to the metal flange and arranged in the tail compartment docked to the housing, gas duct is connected with tail section by radial ties fixed by their ends to gas duct outer surface and inner surface of tail section. At that, one end of every brace is articulated. Weakened cross-section is made in middle part of couplers.
EFFECT: proposed technical solution allows improving operating reliability of SPRE and ensuring its serviceability under conditions of high overloads on trajectory of product movement due to connection of gas duct with tail section by ties.
