SUBSTANCE: method for non-surgical correction of a figure is characterized by detecting problem areas of a figure, preparing a complex of measures for body correction involving cleaning the body's output systems, controlling water exchange, feeding and resting mode, gastrointestinal discharge using mono-days and nutrition adjustment, intake of vitamins and complete exclusion of alcohol and products digested in stomach for more than 2 hours, food intake in portions 150–200 ml, 5–6 times a day, physical exercises aimed at formation of healthy posture, strengthening of body muscles and peritoneum, as well as to study problem areas, breathing exercises to intensify burning visceral fat, improved supply of body tissues with oxygen, and self-massage of internal organs, tactile impact techniques, wherein immediately before procedures with tactile action on certain areas. Muscles in these areas are pre-stimulated to improve blood circulation with the help of physical exercises, which are preceded by heating and initiating intense sweating by alternating moderate and intense load phases for 30-60 seconds with controlling pulse and pressure by breathing followed by static exercise exercises on respiratory arrest. Water intake during physical exercises is excluded, and for 1–1.5 hours water intake is required. Tactile techniques include, in particular, massage, apparatus procedures, contrast shower, grinding, wrapping, wearing compression linen.
EFFECT: method of massage for non-surgical correction of a figure, involving exposure on fat deposits in abdominal area, peritoneum and weakened abdominal muscles in the form of combination of physical activity and massage.
