SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for initiation of tumor cell death, intended for treating cancer patients having tumor tissues with metastases for hyperthermia in all organs of human body HF and UHF energy, characterized by that before treatment, a person is transferred to a no-carbohydrate diet for 3 days to create glucose starvation and subsequent maximum saturation of oncological cells with electron-ion solutions of ascorbic acid and folic acid of "Ascofol" preparation in megadoses of 500 mg and 21 mg per person, respectively, taken orally for 8 hours and 4 hours respectively before physiotherapy, when accumulated in tumors is 6–8 times higher than in healthy tissues, followed by selective hyperthermia of tumor tissues HF energy in accordance with the depth of their location and penetration depth of electromagnetic wave into human body of 1100 cm at the allowed frequency f=13.56 MHz with total heating rate of tumor tissues at this frequency of 0.021 °C/s for 340 seconds to heating temperature of tumor tissues of 44 °C, with heating of healthy tissues not higher than 40 °C.
