FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: vehicle equipped with a motor and an electric power output device with the possibility to output electric power generated by the engine outside this vehicle is proposed. The engine is equipped with an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) device to withdraw the exhaust gases to the engine into the intake manifold. The vehicle is additionally equipped with a controller to control the volume of exhaust gas recirculation by the EGR device in accordance with the engine speed. The controller reduces the volume of exhaust gas recirculation at the same revolutions when the electric power output device outputs electric power outside this vehicle, in comparison with the case when the electric power output device does not output electric power outside this vehicle.

EFFECT: prevention of deposit accumulation in the engine when electric power is output outside the vehicle.
