FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at inducing death of tumour cells in living biological objects of ascorbic (AC) and hydrophobic 3-aminophthalic acid (APA) of Galavit preparation and energy of HF- and UHF radiation, known as HF- and UHF-hyperthermia. Described is a method for initiation of tumour cell death, intended for local treatment of oncological patients having tumour tissues with metastases for their hyperthermia in human body organs, characterized by that, that before treatment, person for 3 days is transferred to a non-carbohydrate diet to create glucose starvation and increase electrical conductivity and dielectric losses in "hungry" tumour cells in comparison with healthy, saturated electron-ion solution of hydrazine 3-aminophthalic acid in oral intake in megadose 151 mg for 8 hours and ascorbic acid in megadose of 500 mg for 4 hours for their maximum accumulation in tumour tissues, respectively, in 3–6 times higher than in healthy, selective hyperthermia of tumour tissues is performed by microwave energy in accordance with depth of electromagnetic wave penetration into human body of 6.1 cm on allowed frequencies f = 2450 MHz with a total heating rate of tumour tissues at these frequencies of 0.070 °C/s for 204 s to the temperature of tumour tissues of 51 °C, while heating healthy tissues of not more than 40 °C. This enables fluorescence diagnosis to specify boundaries of tumours and to conduct simultaneous hyperthermia of tumour cells of electromagnetic HF - and microwave energy of photo-wave radiation and detect and destroy thus even undetectable tumour formations located in deep layers of biological object.
EFFECT: technical result is thermal death of tumour tissues due to high dielectric contrast of tumour and increasing difference in its conductivity (dielectric loss) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, which reaches multiple values for various tumours.
