FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology. In the examined woman in gestation period of 9-10 weeks, anthropometric parameters are measured: body weight and length, thickness of skin-fat folds on the shoulder in front, on the shoulder from behind, on the forearm, on the back, on the abdomen, on the hip, on the shin, shoulder, forearm, hip and shin circumference, by means of which the fat body weight is calculated by formula J. Mateigka, method includes determining a somatotype by R.N. Dorokhov method. Then, in gestation period of 12-13 weeks, blood serum is examined for placenta growth factor (P1GF), endocane-1, and placental vascularization index. Obtained data are entered into the formula, the result is calculated, and a high risk of placental insufficiency is predicted by result of 60 % to 100 %.
EFFECT: invention can be used for prediction of risk of placental insufficiency in pregnant women of different somatotypes.
