FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental neurophysiology, and can be used for modelling a nervous system having reverberation properties, which are ganglions, and for a method for its creation. Model is created from an animal's leech by destroying connective tissue capsules and glial membranes by pronase, wherein cells and fibres in the ganglion are interconnected by means of slot contacts. To create the model, the leech's abdominal brain is used, wherein the pronase destroys connective tissue capsules and glial membranes, leaving intact nerve cells connected to each other, and preserving the integrity of the neuronal network function of the leech nervous ganglion.
EFFECT: method provides creating a neurophysiological model of a nervous system having reverberation properties by creating a biological model on a natural nervous structure - a modified nervous abdominal ganglion of a medical leech, including intact nerve cells with processes and tight slot-type contacts (electrical synapses), which connect neurons to each other into single networks.
