FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: spinal marrow fragments are unstrained joint with interrupted suturing of pia mater. Interrupted suturing is preceded with crucial incision through all the layers of dura mater within cranial and caudal fragments spinal marrow along its dorsal median sulcus. In projection of caudal denticulate ligament two equidistant, symmetrical guiding sutures are applied on dura mater spaced from edge for one diameter of dural sac lumen. Secondary suturing fixes retention with further suturing of caudal dura mater edge from the outside. Then cranial dura mater edge is sutured from dural sac lumen from within. Dura mater edges are brought together to fixed coaptation of marrow fragment faces. Denticulate ligaments are transected with following perimeter microsurgical interrupted suture of pia mater. Delivered suction drain is installed along lateral spinal marrow to subdural space. It is followed with dura mater defect reconstruction and omentomyolopexy. Wounds are sutured in layers. From the first day to 15th day intrathecal introduction of Perftoran is applied in dose 0.1 ml per kg of animal body weight with simultaneous high-intensity pulse magnetotherapy with apparatyof magnetic-impulse therapy (AMIT-01) at magnetic field intensity 1500 mTl, chain interval 100 ms. Inductors of the system are placed on patient's skin within marrow suture transverse to spinal axis with following therapy carried out within 6 minutes. Then inductors are moved through 1-3 chains along the marrow below defect location within another 9 minutes.
EFFECT: extended range of medical products.
