FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to proteomics, namely, to the method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of the proteotypic peptide of the human AFG3-like protein-2 (identifier Q9Y4W6 in the UniProt database) in complex biological samples. For this, the chromatography-mass spectrometric analysis of a) peptide Q9Y4W6-02, which is characterized by the amino acid sequence VSEEIFFGR, followed by the construction of the calibration curve, and of the b) fully digested by trypsin protein. Further peptide products and peptide fragments are detected among the protein hydrolysis products. Peptide concentration is determined according to the calibration curve, and the protein concentration is determined according to the concentration in the peptide sample.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for medical diagnostics of diseases, which has been previously thought to be incurable at early stages of development.
