FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and a method for ablation, particularly for ablation of the mucous membrane. Device head comprises first channel with first electrode arranged at least partially in it, and second channel with second electrode, located at least partially in it. First and the second channels together, as well as the first and the second electrodes diverge at an acute angle. Current flows between the biological tissue and electrodes of the ablation device. Head of the device is moved along the path across the line connecting the electrodes at a distance from the tissue to be ablated.
EFFECT: provides homogeneous ablation of tissue of larger area with high quality due to more uniform in therapeutic sense of depth effect on width of strip in coagulation of mucous membrane.
